John Lovell, Managing Director |

John formed Lovell Consulting in 1997. He previously worked at Arthur Andersen and McBains Cooper. John has a first class degree from Reading University in quantity surveying and an MPhil in management studies from Templeton College, Oxford. John is a Chartered Surveyor and a member of the Association of Taxation Technicians.

Ian Howe, Director |

Ian studied Quantity Surveying at Liverpool John Moores University and attained a 2:1 Honours Degree. Ian worked as Senior Manager in the capital allowances department at Andersen/Deloitte for 10 years and joined Lovell Consulting in September 2005. Ian is a Chartered Tax Advisor.

David Holroyd, Associate Director |

David is a Chartered Surveyor, Member of the Association for Project Management and a Fellow of the Faculty of Building. He has a 2:1 Honours degree in Quantity Surveying from Leeds Metropolitan University. David previously worked for Arthur Andersen and left in July 1998 to work with Lovell Consulting.

Mark Hoskyns, Consultant |

Mark studied Commerce at the University of Birmingham and attained a 2.1 Honours Degree. Before joining Lovell Consulting in March 2008 he worked for Grant Thornton and has 9 years experience in corporate tax. Mark is a Chartered Tax Advisor and member of the Association of Taxation Technicians and is currently studying for membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

Michael Brownsdon, Consultant |

Michael studied Mechanical Engineering at the University of Sheffield and attained a first class Honours degree. Michael joined Lovell Consulting in March 2007 and is studying to become a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. Michael is a Chartered Engineer and is a member of the Association of Taxation Technicians.

Jinwei Li, Analyst |

Jinwei has a 2:1 Honours degree in Accounting and Finance and an MSc in Finance from the University of Warwick. Jinwei joined Lovell Consulting in March 2008 and is studying to become a member of the Association of Taxation Technicians.

Julie Davies is a senior administrator responsible for marketing and client care. Prior to this, Julie gained a marketing background at Harte-Hanks then joined the NSPCC in Client Liaison and Fundraising Support. Julie is currently studying for a qualification at The Chartered Institute of Marketing.

Alina Karas joined Lovell Consulting in February 2008 and is an assistant
administrator. She attained a first-class degree in Journalism and Social Communication in Poland and is currently studying for a Masters degree in Media and Communications at City University.
