John formed Lovell Consulting in 1997. He previously worked at Arthur Andersen and McBains Cooper. John has a first class degree from Reading University in quantity surveying and an MPhil in management studies from Templeton College, Oxford. John is a Chartered Surveyor and a member of the Association of Taxation Technicians.

Ian Howe, Director |

Ian studied Quantity Surveying at Liverpool John Moores University and attained a 2:1 Honours Degree. Ian worked as Senior Manager in the capital allowances department at Andersen/Deloitte for 10 years and joined Lovell Consulting in September 2005. Ian is a Chartered Tax Advisor.

Mark Hoskyns, Consultant |

Mark studied Commerce at the University of Birmingham and attained a 2.1 Honours Degree. Before joining Lovell Consulting in March 2008 he worked for Grant Thornton UK LLP and has 9 years experience in corporate tax. Mark is a Chartered Tax Advisor and member of the Association of Taxation Technicians and is also a tax qualified Chartered Surveyor with a Post Graduate Diploma in Surveying from the College of Estate Management.

Joseph Daly, Analyst |

Joseph studied Accounting and Law at Bournemouth University and attained a 2.1 Honours Degree. Having previously worked for IBM, Joseph joined Lovell Consulting in 2011 and is currently studying for membership of the Association of Taxation Technicians and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

Jinwei has a 2:1 Honours degree in Accounting and Finance and an MSc in Finance from the University of Warwick. Jinwei joined Lovell Consulting in March 2008 and is a member of the Association of Taxation Technicians and a Chartered Tax Advisor.

Sophie has a 2:1 Honours degree from Oxford University and an MSc in Construction Cost Management from the University of Reading. Sophie is a Chartered Surveyor and spent six years at Gardiner & Theobald LLP before joining Lovell Consulting in January 2010. Sophie is a member of the Association of Taxation Technicians.

Samantha Clarke Graduated from UMIST University in Manchester with a 2:1 BSc in Management and Marketing. Alongside this role she works in consumer insight, research and marketing for a variety of companies and research agencies.
